Hello, Have you got a call from Chetu India Pvt Ltd, Noida saying they are interested in your profile? Please Beware!! Your happiness will turn into deep sorrow when you find the facts yourself after a happy face of getting a great job(Not really!) with a descent salary. It is a bullshit company if it comes to work for. Why? Im sure they havent told you everything when you got the call. They must have told you about their truly unique working hours and must have asked you a tricky question ”Our office timings is blah blah blah - Are you comfortable with that?”... which is 2:30pm -to 11:30 PM. The 11:30 part is not exactly true, you will end up working for atleast 12:30, because it is only after then, that people leave the chairs, which is what the usual thing is.

I suppose thats OK for you, in return you are getting a handsome pay I suppose. Take my advise you dont need to push yourself so hard. Ok forget it even if you think you are a really hard working man(yes because I know you are not a woman/female because in the entire company you will only find 2-3-4 I mean definitely less than 10 or 5, I dont know how many but really-really less number of females. Which is not good..)- if you really think you are a hard working man who earns his bread by dedication and hard work(which is very good), you may get ready to work on such weird timings, but I am sure they haven't yet informed you that saturday is a working day for them, even if half day. But you have to anyway work more to get paid more – Think about it!!.

I dont want me to get in the path of your decision making, but I am presenting the facts, and I have worked with them and I know the facts, Because I have also worked with other companies and I have an understanding of how software companies operate. I am just giving my own opinion, and I am honestly expressing it. I really dont think that this company(Chetu) is worth to work for. Why should I sugar quote things when the facts are what they are, And chetu is just a disgusting company out there.

Even If you are not convinced, and want to work for them I believe you should also know one more fact that you wont be told at this stage, If you have worked with many companies before, you must have never seen the kind of surveillance they do. As soon as you enter the company premises a camera is staring at you, where ever you go there is a camera starring right at your face. What the point of so much surveillance? Dont you trust your employees, Are they theives? I dont know what is the mentallity. But as soon as you swipe your card till where you sit for work, or where you do meetings with the client a camera is starring. They havent spared even the canteen.. Its a joke but when ever I go to the restroom I am not sure that if there is a camera even there :P , I mean somebody is watching your every move everytime. Which is simply disgusting, disgusting like hell. I mean do you have anything good, that a person would feel good about working with you.

A lot of sites are just blocked. Which is also done in many other companies, though I havent worked for any except chetu. Which is just another fact, even gmail..

They must have told you very proudly that they have transport facility, It costs you 2000 or may be more. But I havent heard of such weird rates for transport.

I am just wondering Why didnt I find a useful review when I put my papers in my previous company. I am just so fucked up... And the job is not safe even. They fire people without a second thought and there is no concept of bench. Its just tata if they dont have anything for you for the moment.

Whats good with working for chetu? I mean I dont give a damn about their buisness, I just have a life that I want in peace. Why should I work for you. And why should you. Give it a thought... There are plenty of companies and chetu is definitely not a right choice.
